By booking, enquiring about, or receiving services from The Mane + Palette (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms.

Professional opinion, not a guarantee

Color analysis, hair, and beauty recommendations are our best professional opinion, based on Kristin’s training, certifications, and experience. Color perception is subjective and is affected by lighting, cameras, screens, makeup, hair color, and other factors. We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or level of satisfaction, and our recommendations are not a promise of how you will look or feel.

Virtual color analysis

Virtual analysis is based only on the photos you submit. Results depend on photo quality and accuracy of lighting and color. Please follow the photo instructions provided; we are not responsible for results affected by filters, edited images, or poor lighting.

Not medical advice

Our services are cosmetic only and are not medical or dermatological advice. Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, or skin or scalp conditions before your appointment. You accept responsibility for disclosing relevant information.

Bookings, payment, and cancellations

Prices are listed on our site and may change. Appointment, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling details will be confirmed with you directly when you book. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment.

Refunds

Because services are personal and based on professional judgment, fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mane + Palette is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including purchases (clothing, makeup, hair products) made based on our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

All site content, palettes, and materials are ours and are for your personal use only. We will only share photos of you with your permission.
